What are your showroom hours?
Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM; Saturday 10AM to 4PM. We are located at 1525 Mesa Verde Drive East, Suite 106, Costa Mesa, CA 92626

What happens at an appointment?
We offer a free, in-home consultation. Our consultant will offer window treatment options and design ideas and will share fabric and materials samples as well as take window measurements.

Will you make drapery treatments if I provide my own fabric?
Yes. We will be happy to help you determine your yardage requirements.

How do I place my order?
Once you have made your decisions, Drapery Works will take your order and deposit and give you an estimate of delivery and installation dates.

When will my order arrive?
Window coverings generally arrive 3 to 4 weeks after the order is placed, depending on fabric availability. However, many hard-window coverings, with the exception of shutters, can be installed within 10 working days. Installation is scheduled as close as possible to the delivery date.

What are my payment options?
Drapery Works accepts payments by cash, personal check or a major credit card.
